Original Acrylic Expressions for Contemporary Spaces

How it started. How it's going.

I drew something when I was in elementary school. Didn't know how to draw. Just drew. I think it was a colored pencil illustration of a tiger, or a lion. Some big cat (I'm a dog person). There was praise and accolades, and a brief display in the school library. I was hooked. I drew on everything. Spiral notebooks, book covers, the margins of my book reports and test papers. Mostly doodles and letter shapes.

Then I played soccer, was in a rock band or two, went to college to study design, learned to paint (sort of), graduated, got married to a wonderful woman, had two amazing boys (who are both far more talented then me), bounced around in the agency/design world developing brands for big and small companies, went client-side and along the way, forgot how to paint.

Then, I remembered.

My journey continues. Influenced by earth, rocks, minerals and those interesting stains in the parking spaces of aging grocery stores.
